Our sugar is made from the natural juice of the sugar cane plant and nothing else. The natural cane molasses gives our cane sugars their richness and depth of flavour. Tate & Lyle Dark Muscovado is a soft treacly pure can sugar with a high molasses content to create moist and chewy bakes. It's perfect for fruitcake, chocolate puddings and sticky savoury recipes.
